CCLM BOARD
The CCLM Governing Board is made up of an Executive Board and a General Board. Executive Board members are elected by the general membership. General Board members are appointed by the President and Confirmed by the Executive Board.
Candidates are required to be CCLM General Members in good standing.

BOARD POSITIONS

Personnel Manager
Maintains membership and volunteer rosters, supports recruitment efforts, and serves as the primary point of contact for volunteer management systems and tracking.
Community Grants Chair
Leads the grant process from application through distribution, ensuring fair evaluation, compliance, and timely support to community organizations.
Community Outreach Chair
Builds and maintains relationships with community partners while identifying and coordinating opportunities for CCLM to support and engage with the broader community.
Engagement Chair
Supports communications efforts through content creation while leading initiatives that build community engagement and connection through outreach events and programs.
ODYD Manager
Manages the ODYD program, including inventory, donations, volunteer coordination, and shop operations, while ensuring compliance with national program standards.
HIVE Manager
Oversees CCLM facilities, ensuring they are maintained, stocked, and operational while coordinating maintenance needs and supporting facility-based programs.
Peak Party Rentals Manager
Manages rental inventory, scheduling, and logistics to support events while ensuring accountability, maintenance, and proper use of CCLM rental assets.
Summit Shoppe Manager
Oversees retail operations, including inventory, sales, and merchandising, to support fundraising and member engagement initiatives.
Events Manager
Plans and executes membership-facing events, including mixers and signature programs, to foster engagement, connection, and community participation.

Provides strategic leadership, ensures legal and regulatory compliance, represents CCLM to military and community leaders, and oversees advocacy and overall organizational direction.
1st Vice President
Leads board development and internal operations, including recruitment, training, and oversight of key administrative and operational functions.
2nd Vice President
Oversees membership programming and engagement, including social, networking, and educational opportunities, while supervising key program and event roles.
Recording Secretary
Maintains official records, documents meetings and decisions, manages organizational documentation, and supports board operations and compliance processes.
Treasurer
Manages all financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance, while ensuring accurate record-keeping and responsible stewardship of funds.
Director of Development
Leads fundraising efforts, donor and sponsor relations, and revenue-generating strategies to support CCLM programs and initiatives.
Director of Collective Responsibility
Guides the organization in advancing equity, inclusion, accessibility, and community impact, ensuring alignment with CCLM’s mission and values.
Director of Communications
Oversees all internal and external communications, including marketing, branding, and messaging, to effectively engage members and the broader community.
